Could use more padding for head rest to keep forward to watch t v . We have to use a neck pillow to take up the space. This issue may only affect us but besides this we are very happy with the chair. We would totally recommend it to anyone.

One chair had a small rip but it was an easy fix/ hide,otherwise they both were ok. The chairs are okay a little wobbly and the foot doesn't go up enough. They are taking 5 cats and a dog okay. I like the heat n massage but both my son and I were hoping our sore bodies wouldn't get more so in the chairs but we get uncomfortable maybe better type of booty cusion, higher feet and a better balanced chair would be my suggestions. They have made to payed off and over 6 months, thanks!

My husband used all the time. The only concern is weny lift table is on the left side?????? Most people as we are are r handed. So that was a pain. Needs to be redesigned.

I don't understand why it takes so long for delivery once it gets to Regina. I think you need to get a better delivery company
