Despues de recibir un sillon con defectos de fabrica y reclamarlo, Vevor me dio varias opciones de compensacion y finalmente su solucion supero mis expectativas. Solo tengo que deicr, que deben mejorar un poco su servicio de postventa, pero tambien hay que ser justo, que la soluciones que dan siempre son satisfactorias y ventajosas para el cliente. Esta reseña fue modificada, por desacuerdos iniciales pero durante el tiempo que he estado gestionando el problema con Vevor, cada solucion que me han dado era mejor que la anterior a modo de compensacion por el contratiempo inicial. Recomendable comprar en Vevor, porque aunque no estes excepto de tener un problema, tenga seguro que ellos te daran una solucion que estara por encima de tus expectativas. No sera mi ultima compra con ellos. Gracias al equipo por su servicio y a seguir mejorando.

I purchased this chair for my husband when he was discharged from the hospital after a long stay . This chair has made both of our lives much easier. Not only is he much more comfortable living in it day and night, but the added bonus of the lift helping him get up has been priceless. The only negative comment I might make is, I was under the impression that the foot rest would extend further to support his feet.

I purchased this Power Lift/Recliner Chair on July 13, 2026. I must admit that this purchase was made following much hesitation and some Emails to support@vevor.ca to satisfy my concerns that this advertisement on the Internet was not a scam by some fraudster company, as I had not heard of this company in Eastern Canada. However, all my concerns were satisfied when I finally ordered the chair at approximately 11:15 am on Monday July 13,2026 and it was delivered to my house at approximately 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. (very fast service) This chair performs better than I had anticipated. As I have two broken femurs and a broken right arm, it allowed me to sleep in it for a couple of weeks until the restriction on total weight bearing was relaxed by my surgeon and greatly decreased the effort of me getting transferred with assistance to a wheelchair to use the washroom facilities. The only real issue that I have with Vevor is that within two weeks of purchasing this chair for $731.99 (not including taxes), the price was reduced by 29%. One would think that with a sale coming on within two weeks a potential customer would be advised accordingly. This is the caution message that I am giving to my friends who are now thinking of purchasing from Vevor. Linda Palmer

Hele fijne heerlijke stoel , precies wat ik wou ! Stoel komt in vierkante doos , maar is makkelijk in elkaar te zetten , met een duidelijke gebruiksaanwijzing , ook voor de 4 stekkertjes die je in elkaar moet schuiven Stoel functioneerd geweldig , de sta op functie , heb ik met mijn 75 jaar gelukkig nog niet nodig , maar dat kan maar zo veranderen , het functioneert in ieder geval heel goed , tot je zowat staat , en zo uit de Stoel kunt wandelen Kortom , heel blij met de aankoop !

You get what you pay for. This is a great purchase for the price. I had double knee replacements at the same time and needed help getting up. This chair was perfect. I even slept in it for 2 weeks. Everything works but its not built as sturdy as it should be if its meant to last for years. Im sure i will get a year or so out of it though.

Very comfortable works well but very slow to raise and lower the chair. This arm pads are kind of flimsily attached to the side panels.
