Der genannte Fräs-Arbeitstisch ist für die Ausführung von einfachen Fräsarbeiten gut geeignet und einfach zu bedienen. Was aber vor dem Ersteinsatz beachtet werden sollte, ist das der Fräs-Arbeitstisch ohne jegliches Schmiermittel in der beweglichen Teilen, wie Schraubspindeln und Gleitschienen geliefert wird. Um zu verhindern das die Nutzung durch übermäßige Reibung in diesen Bereichen zu einer Beschädigung führte, ist unbedingt nötig die genannten Bereiche vor Nutzung mit geeignetem Schmiermittel zu schmieren. Auch eine Säuberung der Gleitflächen nach Nutzung erzielt eine lange Nutzungszeit. Alles in allem bin ich mit diesem Fräs-Arbeitstisch, nach einer Grundjustierung und Schmierung sehr zufrieden und kann ein Kaufempfehlung geben.

What I expected for the price was something that was basically sound but had been shoddily assembled, was probably unusable as delivered but with fettling could be turned into a decent bit of kit. That is exactly what I got! About 5 hours later and it’s pretty good, perfectly sufficient with a drill press and OK for light milling. Non existent quality control resulted in an excellent price. Rough edges, nibs, wobbling, paint overspray on running surfaces, hand wheels incorrectly sized meant that bearings and calibrated wheels didn’t work. Oh, and no grease anywhere so although easier to clean, hardly surprising that everything felt rough. However, cleaning, filing, sanding, deburring, scraping off paint and lubricating worked wonders. The hand wheels needed touching up on the lathe…the tolerances were wrong so rotating parts were either too tight or too loose. I couldn’t have done it without a lathe but it wasn’t difficult work with one and everything now runs smoothly and accurately. The cast iron is quite soft but that makes it easier to tweak. The only thing I’ve yet to do after installing on my drill press is to check the horizontals of the table. I expect it to be out but it should be easy to simply shim it up to get everything square. So if you want to use it out if the box…awful….but if you’re happy and able to put in a few hours setting the thing up properly, you’ll have a decent xy table with no side play and smooth operation for a very good price. Am I happy that I bought it? Yes. Would I recommend it? Yes…with the above provisos. Overall rating ** as received, but ***** after fettling.

Abbastanza soddisfatto. Sono stati necessari degli aggiustamenti causa distanziali in alluminio lavorati grossolanamente di elettroerosione e con superfici non piane. I volantini presentano la divisione in 40 tacche, ma le viti hanno passo 2 mm. Per il resto va bene. Da considerarsi valida.

Qualche problema nel traking della spedizione e ritardi rispetto ai tempi previsti. Il tavolo a croce arriva con qualche problema di corrosione specie sui cuscinetti reggispinta che possono essere ovviati effettuando una adeguata pulitura ed ingrassatura. I uscinetti al limite sono sostituibili con piccola spesa. Il resto sembra tutto OK, ottimo scorrimento x y.

I oggetto acquistato arrivato regolarmente, forse con un po di difficolt di tracciamento. La maniglia di chiusura della morsa non precisa nell inserto quadro, bisogna aggiustare con la lima. Qualit/prezzo pi che buona.

The Milling work table needs to be returned as defective. Both the X and Y direction tables have .025" gaps in the crank turning shafts or the crank shafts are bent, creating an uneven, jerking effect in operating the handles. This defect creates an uneven movement of the table directions. Corrections needed, new or straitening the screw shafts, and or replacing the bearings/bushings that mount/control the concentricity of the tables screw shafts. Please authorize a return order for this "Milling work table" and authorize my full refund

Honnêtement, je suis très mitigé sur cette table X/Y... J'en voulais une depuis pas mal de temps, et j'ai économisé un peu pour ça. Je vais commencer par les points positifs : - Plutôt bien emballée ; - Semble qualitative à première vue ; - Table protégée ; - Réglages. Points négatifs : - Roues de réglages mal filetées, j'ai du acheter un taraud pour les tarauder de nouveau et pouvoir m'en servir ; - Les réglages tiennent "mal", et même bien réglés, il fini par y avoir du jeu dans la table... - Une des roues une fois serrée bloque l'axe X, j'ai du faire une petite bague pour pouvoir m'en servir, mais ça ajoute encore du jeu. C'est la première fois que je suis vraiment déçu par un article Vevor, alors au vu des avis, je suis sûrement tombé sur une mauvaise série.
