Easy to put together. At first I was skeptical but after 2 weeks my midsection feels and looks tighter. Can see my top ab muscles showing already! Goal is lose 30 pds in midsection. I have 10 lbs off of goal already and combined with no bread and just eating egg omelettes and sweet potato with cottage cheese, lean protein and avocado and mozzarella I couldn't be happier.
