Had the new pump installed with the Velor pool Heater. Had an electrician wire my garage for 220 . The pump is outstanding so far. Only issue I gad was programming the pump and the heater. After a bit of trial and error, they are operating superbly together. The variable speed is an awesome impeovement

We’ve only had it plugged in for about two weeks, but love it. Quiet, easy to use and program, can’t beat the price… And maybe I’m imagining things but my pool water seems cleaner. Very happy to purchase so far, it just comes down too long jet duty at this plont!

Really happy with this pump. Quiet, multiple modes and the WiFi connection to control it is really nice.

Was able to get it physically connected to replace a single speed pump that went bad. Was able to get the app connected with no issues. Only problem I found for those interested is that once connected into the Tuya app, there are no compatible entities if you are using with Home Assistant. So even though it shows up in Home Assistant under Tuya, there is nothing to control.

Obtained the 1.5 hp version. I am used to pig tailing 230v directly to pumps but this one has a 6-15 NEMA plug wired directly to the control board. So you may need to add a 6-15 outlet (6-20 will also work provided you have the right breaker). Interface was a bit funky to set up the AUTO mode but it is intuitive. For the 3 settings model know your times need to be a minute apart (i.e. S1 from 08:00 to 11:59 and S2 12:00 to 15:59 and S3 16:00 to 18:30).While it has been installed less than week, more time is needed to confirm lifespan. Only other thing you may/may not care about is you may need to replumb your pvc as the pump has a smaller footprint than most. Runs fairly quite and has been working like a charm so far.

I bought this as a replacement for a DAB pool pump. It was a lot cheaper and the quality seems to be okay. Installation was easy enough. I used the glue parts, and it seems that they were almost dissolving when I used the cleaner before glueing. I have a smalle leak one of the connectors so I need a replacement. The app and control is a pain though, it requires constant WiFi connection and the timer will not work if not connected. The app is okay to use, but there is to much popups and “noice” which make it less user friendly. All and all it’s a okay product compared to the price.
