They basically work okay for the price you pay. The weight rating on them may be slightly exaggerated. Unloaded the roll pretty well, but you get anywhere near there rated weight and you may as well try pushing a cinder block across the floor. They casters dont seem to be heavy enough and they struggle with the load. Maybe I ended up with a flawed set? By myself I wasn't able to move a 19ft fiberglass boat across a smooth concrete floor while on the Jack's. But off the Jack's the boat and trailer rolled very smooth and required very little effort to move. They are pretty much useless for me in their current configuration. Hopefully upgrading the casters will allow me to use them. I'm sure they would work to move light things, just not what they say they are rated for.

No service from vevor. You suppose to give me a refund and you decide to freeze everything because paypal is involve after this you say to paypal to send the product to you and you refund me and i need to pay for the freight and its a big product it will cost me alot for send it back. I just ask you to send me the seal and i want to fix it by myself. And no pieces available for me that why im not satisfied. I have a brand new item is leaking and no service from vevor

expensive, sloppy to use, hard to jack up the wheel!

As an old guy, I can no longer lift my truck tires when down on my knees. This tool seemed to be the solution, and could be, but Vevor has sadly not designed a workable lifting device. They call it a car dolly, no one is going to try lift a car, what would be the point, this is a tire lifter but with the weight of a car lifter. Built far to heavy, ratchet system cumbersome to operate and cogs are too big. one tooth lifts tire about 1 cm, overshooting your mark every time. This could be a back saving type tool but seriously needs a redesign. Vevor, please take this thing back, not what I had hoped for.

The hydraulic Jack was stuck right out of the box. You could hear the hydraulic oil bypassing around a valve and it would not break loose.

Complete junk!!!! the first time I used them, 3 of them, leaked oil everywhere. Then I turned the release button. And the jacks would not open. I had to beat them with a hammer to get them off the car. I got one use out of them.. and I paid over $400 for them.

Defective hydraulic pump

Followed the instructions on assembly until you try to hook up the piston to the frame. Piston would not extend and now waiting 3 days so far for them to figure out what to do. Originally they said it would be 1-2 days to get a response. Still waiting.....

Poor quality fit. If you are under 150 pounds in weight, you will NOT be able to lift the average car. They are all different in the force required and are low quality. Make sure you return them quickly to get your money back on these substandard dollies. Do NOT waste your money on these. They are hard to push as the wheels come without any lubrication and are low quality.
