Poor quality. First of all it was damaged when arrived, secondly company support was not responsive, and finally I was fighting to get my money back. Yes i have Vevor vacuum sealer and i like it but this one I don't recommend at all

Item was lost in delivery and never arrived. About one month after placing the order, VEVOR gave up and refunded my payment.

I have not used this item, because it is too small for my needs. This company has horrible communication skills. I have reached out to the company via their chat process for weeks asking for an address of where to return this item at my own expense. Not sure if I have chatted with a person or possibly an AI robot. Either way i have not gotten any response back about as where i am to send this return. Because of this poor service i am leaving 1 star in most of the areas. i am also canceling my plans to ever buy from this company again.

I didn’t receive my dehydrator. The delivery took too long, and I never got the package. Luckily, the company refunded my money, but the experience was disappointing. I hope they change their delivery service in the future.
