Awful transaction, package was missing 2 brackets. Was then advised that 2 brackets would be sent ,these went missing. Was really after a complete unit to match other one purchased. Then was asked to take half purchased refund, advised that I still wanted unit but basically only a full refund offered and reluctantly taken. If I hadn't hesitated I could have only got half refund, this is dodgy and against consumer law

système d'attaches pas bons différents du modèle 4-5 marches. tube a fixer au centre mesure 24,5 cm alors qu'il y a 28 cm entre les barres verticales donc impossible à fixer. début de corrosion a l'intérieur des tubes et peinture qui s'écaille très facilement. modèle à eviter.

Can't review, FedEx delivered it to someone else and has not been able to find it. I haven't heard back from FedEx ex. You may want to switch delivery companies.

Cheap hardware. Bolts stripped out . Did not fit steps the way the should. Had to buy good quality anchors so to avoid law suit when railing could pull out of concrete. Will not buy again!
