De verpakking was beschadigd en inhoud beschadigd .Lak beschadigd en de eind doppen kapot. Diverse malen geprobeerd om advies te krijgen om de lak schade te repareren en nieuwe einddoppen te vervangen. Ik kwam deze n een eindeloze mailwisseling. Met als resultaatgerichte einddoppen en geen advies. Zeer slecht en jammer nu zit ik met een beschadig product en geen oplossing. Peter Maljers

Arrived with scratches over multiple frames. Paid $130 and only got a $40 refund so they still made profit 😆 This was for a new house sale too! The angles for a 5-6 step template don’t work the best with the brackets either. Needed to make different screw holes for the pole brackets. Did the job but I needed to fix the scratches and drill my own holes for the brackets. Not the greatest but I guess it’s good for the price if it wasn’t damaged. Definitely wouldn’t do a steep angle like the photo suggests

I received the handrails but one end was damaged and the caps were smashed inside of it. I did email customer service but had no response. So now water will get into the railings.

Technicians complained that the materials felt "flimsy and cheap". These were not the same quality materials as the rails we purchased in the past. These were disappointing.,

Upon arrival of the package, it was already torn open. Opening the box further, we noticed that the pieces are dented and broken. It's not usable.

This is for an exact set of stairs. My stairs were a little taller than normal. Because of this it made installation difficult

END POLES tops are not bevel toward to the center

You show the railing on temps and level but when using on the level part of my steps the bottom bar is too short.
