Pretty disappointed in the quality of the Gazebo. The doors are missing Velcoe, and some of the sewing is loose causing freying. Originally when purchased the description stated the doors could be removed completly and it was a push up middle. The walls are all attatched at the top, leaving impossible to put up when tied down property. The entrance is too low (I am 5'8, and need to duck). Overall, for the price a lot is wrong.

Love this tent, great size! The exception is that the top collapses all the time no matter the weather. HELP! Tried to upload photo but it keeps failing. Kind of like the top of the gazebo. :)

Large size, lots of room in the 15x15 tent, directions suck bad, easy to damage bug screening. Tore a hole in roof screen when trying to set it up the very first time. Overall 3 stars (size and price keep it from being 2 stars)

The pavilion is not a POP-UP, only the side walls have a pop-up system, the upper part (ceiling) is supported by bending some malleable fiberglass sticks whose rubber/plastic ends (protection) come off... I would have been delighted if it had been a real POP-UP, including the upper part.

I like the pop-up functions, but not that happy with no pop-up in the roof. Dont like the poles, takes longer time

Horrible customer service. First time we opened up the gazebo tent, two different panels of the netting had two holes in each one. (I tried to upload pictures here but can't. Keep getting failure message) You cannot talk to a live person and their "live chat" is a joke. You just keep going in circles with them. I've been trying for exactly 1 week today to have an actual conversation with someone.... even if it is through texting 🙄. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company. If anything changes with my experience, I will update my review.....if their system will even allow me to do that.

Pop out sides don't always stay popped out. Ceiling is a joke...had to use a tall 2x4 to hold up the Ceiling!! Cheap tent.

This gazebo arrived with missing support parts, making it impossible to assemble properly. The rooftop does not stay in place and keeps falling because of the missing components. I contacted the seller multiple times but never received a response or any assistance. Very disappointed with the quality and customer service. I would not recommend this product. Save your money and look for a better option.
