Worked great for about a year not heavily used but retraction feature went out after about a year, after about 30/40 uses. Still using just have to hold still.

The unit was packaged with the wall bracket attached thus making the fastening awkward. The swivel pins that would allow the bracket to be removed were not obvious or easy to re and re. The lead in hose for the unit was only 5’ where it was advertized to be 6.5’ thus would not quite reach my compressor. The service department was useless in that they responded late to my issues by utilizing a 3rd party vendor to access their reply which i refused to do when a simple email would have been quite sufficient. The oroduct itself seems to be quite ok save for the errors and communications.

Tuyau souple et enrouleur efficace. Quelques marques de transport sur les plastiques des deux enjoliveurs latéraux, dommage. La courroie du chariot d'enroulement frotte un peu sur la flasque latérale. Le tuyau coté compresseur est un peu court, 1,5 m.

Leider verliert der Schlauch Druckluft,ich muss also immer den Kugelhahn davor schließen, damit ich nicht jedesmal den Kompressor aktivieren muss.

Un peux déçu car afficher 300 psi sur le site et reçu un 150 psi grosse différence pas très honnête

Great product for price but retracts way to fast and could cause an issue if you accidentally dropped it well retracting

J’ai acheté 5 unités. L’une est défectueuse (fuite). Malgré l’ouverture d’un ticket SAV pour demander un remplacement, celui-ci a été clôturé sans réponse ni explication. Merci de bien vouloir traiter ma demande rapidement afin de respecter les conditions de garantie et assurer un service client correct.

3 months is already the hose break inside and they said 12months warranty try to contact customer support always said in 24 hr they gonna send you email I’m in 1 month waiting what they gonna do with me

I was a little disappointed and they quality of this product. The material it is made from is not real sturdy and every time we try to get the cord to retract. It is very difficult and takes multiple tries.

Acheté il y a 30 jours et l'embout s'est littéralement cassé en 2 alors que je n'ai pas spécialement fait de mouvements brusques. Au total je ne l'aurai utilisé que 2 fois avec mon compresseur. Extrêmement déçu.
