Hose real works great! It sometimes won't reel in all the way. If you pull it all the way out and let it reel back in, it will usually reset and retract all the way. Would definitely buy again!

Seems pretty good so far,,,,holds air pressure,,ratchet mechanism seems to work pretty well,,be nice if could mount on a pipe, where bracket is mounted,,im really getting tired of writing about something this small for so long,,,lets talk weather,,temp dropped 40° here,,hopefully by weekend be back in pool,,,hey,,the color of it was kinda cool,,i will know more when i get it fastened to wall or air compressor,,,omg,,,,this is way too much to write to tell truth,,I suppose if u auger coating u could go on for ever to make it look good,,,ill never write a review again, if it takes this long to tell about a 50 dollar item

Good quality for residential use; everything listed in the description was in the box. I would have given 5 stars but 2 things stop me. First, the handle cannot be removed from the reel to install it first on the wall. It would be so simple for them to do it and much easier for us to install. Second, the delivery was supposed to arrive 2 days after ordering but was delivered 7 days later. I have to say that they responded to every single one of my chat messages and offered me a small discount as compensation.

It's a great little hose reel except for not being able to remove the bracket to mount it to the wall. A design flaw. There's not a lot of room to screw the bracket to the wall. The exception to that is if you use the masonry bolts which won't work in a wood studded wall. I do like the hose guide that makes the hose wind up evenly on the reel. Not being able to remove the bracket is the only problem.

Works well, Easy to mount. Soft flexible hose. Pulls easily and retracts well. Fittings are secure and of the quality you would expect from Vevor. No issues with the unit.

Would have given it five stars, but have not had the product long enough to know its longevity, however, based on the price quality and Vevor immediate shipping. It has been a very welcome surprise…. I have another shop nearby and should I have any problems with that real… I will replace it with this product…
