It’s difficult to change the position of wet and dry. I don’t remember where the filter is located. I mean no holder on the item for the wet filter. Cable is terrible also. I want to add some photos but I didn’t do that because of photo size limitations.

The hoses are too small. Extension accessories breaks apart when you are vacuuming.

Smaller than I thought also feel like 2HP not 5, so then there’s that, it’s small but gets the job done. Just like she said

Vacuum is very powerful for it's size and would recommend to anyone who needs one. But beware when you purchase it you can't buy any accessories for it. That's why I would only give it a 3 Star rating..

The most difficult part of buying from Vevor is their Customer Service. For example, the first vacuum I ordered smelled of burning wires. Well, the automated Customer Service wants... actually "Insists" that I send them a picture of the smell. The rest of the automated customer service not very flexible either. Almost as soon as 24-hours has elapsed on the order, Customer Service wants to close the complaint. They did not read my description of the issue and are already wanting to close it. If I had delayed at all on responding, the issue would have been closed. In the end after convincing them that I would not close the complaint, they came back with an offer: Throw away the old one because of the risk and they sent me another one at no charge. The second one was in good working order and I have been using it a few days. I do not think it would take a lot of effort to fix the problems with their customer service.

I wouldn't buy this again, won't recommend it to anyone. Best thing about it is the filter system, that works really well. I say that because you can notice a drop off in suction when it starts to get filled with dust, doesn't take very long either. The cord is a little short. Suction power isn't great, I was expecting better for it being 6hp peak and it saying powerful suction in the description. For the price it was I'm pretty dissatisfied with it. And then the attachments going over the hose piece seems backward because things get stuck and then it's clogged. Mine arrived with one of the wheels broken off.

Product works as described however I am unable to find replacement "high efficiency filters" that fit. The suction hose could be bigger as well

Looses suction quickly after a couple minutes if sucking up finer materials. Hose could be twice as long for getting into hard to reach areas

The plug came broken still never got to use it and they still didn't do nothing for me looks like a good vacuum if they replace it

Weak, not much power. Very disappointed
