I never recieved it. And customer support was not helpful. So I am out of the money I paid for it.

The quality is very poor, the vacuum cleaner has not reached 1/5 of 6hp, which is not available at all. I posted the photo but failed. The customer service asked to upload the video. I took the video with Apple phone. The website of this company cannot be uploaded. This is something I haven't encountered on other online shopping websites. It feels like I'm making things difficult for me. I often shop online. Is this website deliberately setting the difficulty of returning products? I'm so disappointing. I will never accept deception, I will ask the bank customer service to help

I purchased this item and used it several times and now the wheels is bent and rubbing and the bottom has departed from its original position

No power and cheaply made. Tried on my car and it is worthless. I would not recommend it for anything. JUNK

I received this vacuum and began using it. Throughout the first day, I had used the vacuum maybe a total of an hour over multiple instances. It began to make a strange noise, then I started smelling burnt plastic. I then noticed that the room had filled up with a smoky haze. I then reached out to Vevor customer support about it, when I did I was asked to send a video of this. Despite the unit possibly catching fire, I did go ahead and take the video to send to them. That was Thursday... now here we are on Monday of the next week and I still keep getting the run-around. This whole experience has changed the way I see Vevor. I have really enjoyed Vevor and didn't have issues with the other products, so I chose to assume that if something was not right they would take care of it. As of now, they have not. I needed this vacuum and I continue to get very little help replacing their broken and malfunctioning equipment. Unfortunately, I now have to say BUYER BEWARE, if they send you broken equipment, it will be a chore for you to get a replacement.

I was extremely disappointed at this very cheaply made shop vacuum. Don't cheap out and buy this as you will be very disappointed. For a few dollars more, go with brands like Shop Vac. It's like they added a vacuum to a coffee can and threw in about 2 dollars of cheap plastic accessories.
