I purchased this retractable hose reel and it arrived on time, but that’s where the positives end. During assembly, I attached the hose nozzle only to find it won't tighten—it just spins infinitely. To make matters worse, the handle is now stuck and cannot be removed.
The "support" from VEVOR has been a joke. They promised a response within 48 hours but never followed up. Instead, I keep receiving automated emails stating my case is "resolved" and will be closed. I’ve reopened the ticket three times now, telling them it isn't fixed, only for them to send the same automated "case closed" email again. Avoid this brand unless you want to be stuck with a broken product and zero help.

Carlos VEVOR 115ft retractable hose reel
The reel is is nice but the hose does not seal properly against the attachment no matter how tightly you screw them on and if you try to unscrew the attachment the hose just free spins and there is nothing to grab on to in order to remove the attachment.

My husband bought me the VEVOR hose reel for Christmas. It does not retract or pull out easily. The hose is not flexible at all and it makes watering difficult.

This device has a weak water stream compared to other garden hoses. If water pressure is important to you, then buy 5/8 hose instead of 1/2 inch hose.

Stinkycheeks 130 foot Retractable hose reel
One good thing but several not so good of things. The length of the hose is great, but the length and size of the hose is also detrimental if you don't have the pressure and flow to push the water through such a small sized hose. I have half the pressure I normally would with a larger hose. Also, the crimped end of the hose leaks non stop (where the sprayer gets twisted on).
