Hose when pulled out a ways kinks very easy. Needs to have a better hose

Hose binds when retracting. Poor design quality.

The hose reel works well. Retracts very well. However it was listed as a 5/8 diameter hose. It’s only 1/2”. Doesn’t give enough flow for what I use it for.

Purchased in April 2026, used for 3-4 months and removed and stored for the winter months. This summer the hose stopped reeling in completely, about 70% and stops. We were told by customer service it is out of the warranty and that they also do not carry parts for their products. It was great, until it wasnt....so longevity and durability is not there with this product and customer servies does not stand behind the product.

Ordered a retractable 1/2 water hose had issues with it retracting back and only would retract halfway and stopped contacted. Customer service had to go around and around before they would actually do anything about it had to provide a video showing the issue and then they finally sent an email stating that they would send a replacement.

Used it for the 5th time and the hose guide has stopped working. It will not roll up the entire hose with this piece on working.

I recently installed this hose reel and was initially very pleased with my purchase. I screwed the supplied nozzle onto my hose and was a bit underwhelmed by its performance so I decided to replace the nozzle with one of my own. I didn't get very far because the nozzle will not come off the hose because the cheap two piece fitting simply spins when I try to unscrew it. So now I have two choices, I can simply live with the nozzle that is apparently permanently attached, or I can cut the end of the hose off and replace the end fitting with a better one. So that's a little disappointing.

The reel works well only issue it started dripping from inside the reel after a few weeks of use.

Die Trommel ist noch nicht in Betrieb genommen worden. Was mich sehr irritiert ist die Tatsache, dass das abgebildete weiss ein deutliches grau ist. Schade. Ich kann die Bewertung auf Qualität etc. noch garnicht abgeben. Es ist aber ein Pflichtfeld.
