After trying to use it for a few weeks realized the problem was shipping damaged. The internal was so damaged it will not retract. Kinda defeats the purpose of this whole thing. The bottom of the plastic does not line up looks like something heavy had smash it in. This is more of a shipping issue so I cannot give a proper rating. However the box could of used some type of protection, it had none so I am not surprised it was damaged. Never got around to get hold of the company for return as I had already mounted it to the house just tired of calling companies and arguing with them.

Not as sturdy and will kink easy but works very well . I probably buy it again

Keep in mind with this review I am elderly. I don’t t like this reel. It’s difficult to pull out. I honestly loose my breath. It is well made and I am sure it will last a very long time. But it is torcher for me to use. Please Please, please, keep in mind that this is nothing against the product itself. The product is very well made, and in order to retract that length of hose, I’m sure that it needs to be as difficult to pull out as it is. ( I will repeat- difficult for ME) It’s just not made for an elderly female My husband and I both have loved every product that we bought from vevor except this one.

Small diameter hose with limited flow rate. Hose appears low quality which is easy to twist and kink. I doubt it will last long.

Well just broke no good. , now to the trash

Reçu cassé (dommage au cours du transport), SAV contacté et produit intégralement remboursé. Je ne peux donc pas faire de retour sur le produit (je mets 3 étoiles sur 5) mais point de vue SAV c'est performant, ticket traité en moins de 24h avec remboursement intégral du produit et conservation de celui-ci...

I have been using this hose reel for about 2 months. I have it mounted in my garage to use with my pressure washer, it been working great. The only dislike I have is with the hollow plastic pin that holds the reel to the wall mounting bracket. The weight of the reel when full of water flexes the pin enough to allow it sag and lay to the side. I ended up finding a piece of steel rod to fit inside the hollow plastic pin to stiffen it up, problem solved

Globalement déçu de cet enrouleur avec lequel j'ai eu plusieurs fois le problème pour réenrouler le tuyau. Aussi, le diamètre du tuyau est petit et n'offre pas un débit énorme surtout avec le pistolet multifonction qui est très basique. Je le remplace dès que je peux par un Gardena, plus cher mais plus robuste et qui fait le job.

Mi aspettavo una maggiore portata ,non avevo valutato che il tubo e di diametro minore rispetto a quello che normalmente utilizzavo
