I attached the 46” guides to my 2023 Karavan trailer (2023 18' Sea-Doo Switch.) They were easy to install (on top of the frame) and function well. I used a ratchet wrench on the nuts until they were snug and then used the supplied little wrench for final tightening (didn’t want to over tighten.) I let the PVC pipes roll on the guides when launching and retrieving the boat. With only one person on the dock, the far (water side) pole is sometimes hidden and the boat front can get snagged on that pole. In order to see the pole more easily, I used a 5’ section of white central-vac PVC pipe in it. Fits great and easy to put in and take out. As for the lights, it is against the law to travel with flashing red lights in Ontario (Highway Act (14) Subject to subsections (14.1), (15) and (17.1), no person shall use a lamp, other than turning signal lamps or the vehicular hazard warning signal lamps commonly known as four way flashers, that produces intermittent flashes of red light.). I removed the red LED’s. I soldered in yellow LED’s and, as the plastic lens is slightly orange, they flash orange. The constant flashing at night is really annoying so I installed an on/off waterproof switch on each light. The guides help when there is a wind or large waves coming on-shore.

Very nice and usefull. Definitely a must for loading a boat back to the trailer , especially when alone. I gave it 4 stars only bacause there is no OFF switch to turn the blinking lights off. Would be nice to turn them off when you're at the cottage and you have your trailer close to the house and you see red lights flushing in your windows all night. I would buy again.

I bought this product and within a short time it began to rust, even though it says: The guide poles are coated with a thick galvanized layer, providing excellent rust protection. Product feels flimsy but it is serving its purpose. One of the lights blew off the first trip. I would glue it on if you want to use it. The rubber cover on the existing light disappeared as well.

Hi, i have been very impressed with equipment I have biught previously from Vevor. But I'm not impressed with the quality of this item. Rust showing just days after installation and following launch in sea water. If they are for fresh water only this should be hilighted in the item description.

Não consigo perceber o porquê de não quererem fazer uma devolução, uma vez que o artigo não serve para o fim destinado. Há cerca de 5 dias que andam com troca de e-mails, e que por força tenho de ficar com o artigo. Mas custa assim tanto fazer uma devolução ? Vou passar a dar informações negativas em todo o lado, em todas as redes sociais ,a todas as pessoas, acerca desta situação que estou a passar com a VEVOR.

The posts are good but the plastic tubs flew off twice before I ended up drilling a hole through and pinning them in place. The U-clamps suck , they don't fit a 2"X3" trailer crosswise as they're supposed to. They're also too weak and flex. The stover nuts on them are junk and back off, so I recommend upgrading all the hardware including the U clamps

Poles are good and work well, the u bolts though are way too light and we broke one on the way out to the dam (before we even launched the boat) so I would change these out straight away for some M12 ubolts and drill the brackets out and then its good.
