This set works great. I did a little customizing by replacing the pole saw head and adding a pole pruner head of Arborist grade to one of the extensions.... Can't beat the price and versatility.....

This pole is great to reach the lower branches of the trees in my yard that I can no longer reach standing on a ladder. It was so much easier to saw them standing on the ground. I will be trimming more branches and the cost of this pole saw pays for itself in one day compared to hiring a tree service to trim small to medium lower branches. I live in a wooded area and this is a great tool to have. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the blade can get stuck in the branch as it begins to drop, but I was able to remove the blade and continue sawing without too much difficulty.

The only problem I have had is the blade is easy to get pinched in the cut and the blade will flex easily when trying to get it unstuck. The hook on the end of the blade may contribute to that as well. Other than that it works great and is of good quality. Would buy again.

Not the sharpest saw in the world but it does what it should. ......................................................................................................... .......................................................................................................................................
