Wagon is way too small, I thought it was much bigger online.

Handle broken in the first month of use

Unloaded it out of the box and put the liner in and everything looked great. loaded it up with some stuff to go on a trip, wheeled it out to the car and unloaded it. Folded it up an started to store it in the back of the car, and when we lifted it up, one of the front wheels fell off! There must be some kind of clip washer that holds it into place but it is missing. Have glued the wheel shaft guide to the wheel frame and then to the cart frame.... probably won't hold very long. Not Happy at all.

It is fine except for one small problem. It was misrepresented, since the description said it has brakes and it doesn't. For that reason, I was extremely disappointed in it.

Il carrello è buono e ben fatto, una cosa che proprio non si si può scrivere su un oggetto su tutti i lati è (in inglese) "qualità a metà prezzo". PER ME DIVENTA INUTILIZZABILE. MA STIAMO SCHERZANDO? io vado da un cliente che mi paga molto, a cui ho venduto anche il fatto che uso apparecchiature top di gamma e costose... con un carrello con scritto OVUNQUE "qualità a metà prezzo" che figura ci faccio? non c'è un minimo di buon senso. Non è uno slogan che un acquirente può esporre, è la vostra filosofia, che è un'altra cosa.

Ma première fois chez VEVOR et grosse déception. Chariot commandé, payé...mais jamais reçu. Il semble qu'il se soit perdu quelque part chez le transporteur. J'avais vraiment besoin de ce chariot pour les vacances, du coup je me suis adressé à une enseigne concurrente qui a très rapidement traité ma commande. Grosse déception donc et je ne sais pas si je retenterai l'expérience VEVOR.

we got the double decker wagon and the bolts and screws are falling off. i have owned several wagons and this is by far the worst wagon as far as quality.

Lo compré para llevar las sillas y sombrillas de la playa. Me resultó pequeño, pero eso fue fallo mío pues había un modelo más grande. El mango es muy corto y para poder llevarlo tengo que inclinar el cuerpo con una postura forzada, las ruedas se clavan en la arena y lo llevas arrastrando, no rueda, por todo esto no es útil para la playa, yo no lo aconsejo

The left front brake came broken. It was dragging on the wheel. Customer service was terrible. Lots of pictures and videos sent in over two weeks. The wagon was not fixed or replaced. They sent me 20 dollars and said good luxk.
