I had issues with this unit from opening the box. Customer service is a joke. Contact an electrician before buying, you really don't want to deal with that headache and get no results

I have had great luck using Vevor for my handyman business, but this product was not as advertised. Installed in a studio we built and can't get more than 5 seconds of WARM water from it. In the end you get what you pay for.

It works, but it will only get hot water when I turn the water pressure way down. Easy to hook up. Doesn't cost very much. I should have gotten a little higher kw.

We purchased this instant hot water that uses 160 amp of power and needed four dedicated 40 amp breakers and we figured that this is going to provide plenty of hot water at all times and an instant. However, we don’t get instant hot water and the temperature constantly drops down to 107109 and it never maintains 120 or 130° temperature which is very disappointing.

The temperature of the hot water is not changed often during the operation. Sometimes, it is too hot and too cold, even though the valve is not changed.

This is about the biggest waste of material in time that i've ever seen.In my life. Vevor has intentionally describe this as an item that can heat your water in your home. The only thing this can heat is maybe a sink. Vevor needs to redescribe this item and tell the truth. I have 2 that I can do nothing with and they will not take back unless I pay full shipping charge. Bull crap

MoBo Good but if you don’t have a pro install it it voids warranty
It’s very nice except that it uses 3 double poles breaker fuses. And needs 6 gauge wire but most importantly is that if your a DIYer and you install it, that voids the warranty! Fine print say only can be I stalled by license plumber and licensed electrician or warranty iOS VOID! That’s pretty lame for a company that sell 99% to DYIers.
