Put it in my new construction home. Easily plumbed water and wires in wall. It does take 6 spots in your breaker box. If its b m very far from. Breaker box it could get expensive. Most 40 gallon electric water heaters use 1 10-2 . My 27kw required 3 runs of 8-2. Seems to work fine dont know if it is really saving any money it pulls alot of power when working. Hope it last most regular wh last 12-15 years

Great water heater. My son‘s are electricians and they ran all the electrical out to the pedestal works great. Gave me a bunch of new space to store more junk ha ha ha more than enough hot water for one bathroom easily never run out of hot water.

Great purchase

Installed for hot water for my shop bathroom. Only downfall is I had to choke the water flow back cause the heather couldn’t keep up with it if valve was fully opened. Other than that it works great and it’s nice to be able to wash my hands with warm/hot water!

Cold temputures below 40° the water will only heat to warm. But it is warm not cold.

So far so good! Fairly easy installation and it works well for its intended purpose. We bought it for one small sink and it does a great job providing as much water as is needed. We are happy with it!

No one else has posted this so I’m going to save everyone some heartache and let you know this unit will not work properly and do the simple task it claims to do UNLESS AND THIS IS A BIG ONE!!!!…You need to turn the temperature down on the unit to the Temperature you ACTUALLY want like. Between 105-115 degrees not 130-140 like a regular water heater would be set at. The reason for this is the unit is not able to keep up at 130-140 degrees while at the faucet or shower you mix cold water in to compensate. These tankless water heaters are not the “smart” kind like the high end rinnai’s or similar so you have to be smart for it! JUST TURN THE TEMPERATURE DOWN AND IT WILL WORK AMAZING!! Why this is never mentioned in troubleshooting or anywhere I could find online I have no idea but you are welcome, enjoy your hot water!
