La machine ne fonctionne plus au bout de 2 mois (Utilisations 7 fois seulement) Quand on l'allume elle disjoncte et fait sauter l'armoire électrique de la maison. Je signale au service client que je veux un retour et ils me demandent une vidéo pour prouver ce que je dis et veulent que je la répare moi même a distance. Des guignols. Franchement ne vous faites pas avoir par Vevor, ce ne sont pas des commerçants

It stopped working after two uses

Bought this for my granddaughter's birthday. It was defective right out of the box and would not even switch on. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I bought this thinking that it would be more reliable than one of the cheap $50 dollar versions but as it turns out I was wrongs. A total waste of money, buyer beware.

I purchased this Item for the Towns Winter Carnival, and Oh boy did I have some very Disappointed kiddos. It worked for all of 1 Cotton Candy Cone, and then sparked a bunch scaring the children. It blew a Fuse, once the fuse was replaced, we tried it again, the moment we turned it on, it was a giant spark and blew the second fuse. :( Highly recommend going with something else. I have reached out to customer support we will see what solution is offered. at the moment, they have asked for Video, Which I cannot give them as I was not expecting it to spark etc like that.

We received the cotton candy machine we ordered last month and, unfortunately it didnt meet out expectations. Despite using various brands of sugar candy floss and following instructoons on your website, this cotton candy machine fails to produce fluffy cotton candy. Additionally, it takes a considerable amount of time to heat up. We have been in contact with your representatives since last month, provided our feedback, and submitted pictures and videos. However, we have not received any updates on the next steps. We would like to return the product and get refund. Given our experience,, we do not recommend this product!!!
