à première vue l appareil paraît bien monté avec une arrivée d eau complète. Tout ceci est inexploitable et les tonnes de poussiere sont inévitable. Les réponses du Service client tournent en rond avec la même ritournelle « votre satisfaction est notre priorité bla-bla-bla… » Ni reprise ni remplacement d un appareil qui est inexploitable. Nous fuyons désormais la marque et revenons aux produits pro.

Poorly made item, started to blow sparks out of the sides on third use and blow fuses, RCD on lead did not pick up on issue, very scary stuff. Vevors advice - use a bigger fuse and bypass all the safety. No thanks, I just wanted to chase the walls not set the house on fire. No response about warranty or replacement after a month of "chasing" them up. Reporting to trading standards, expect there will be a recall on this.

J ai rainuré 2 mètres dans du moellons les disques ont cassé il n'y avait rien que du moellons pas de ferraille pas de béton le sav n à pas été correct au premier abord après plusieurs mails et leur prouvant la défaillance ils ont enfin voulu me faire un remboursement de la moitié de la somme totale mais à moi de me débrouiller pour trouver les 5 disques car ils les ont pas en vente

Tool is 240/250V 16Amp rated. Decided to buy this as cost of hiring a wall chaser and vacuum for weekend is close to the cost of this tool. The wall I needed to chase is a concrete block on edge wall from mid 1990s. I set the depth to be 3cm. I am a DIY enthusiast and not a professional. Maybe I should have set the depth less and made multiple runs. Day 1: Did a trail run that was approx 1 metre vertically up the wall. Very happy with outcome. What I liked - water pump worked well, which meant no dust - Laser guide was very useful to track direction. - Trench looked good - clean cut. Day 2: Continued the trial 1m trench up to ceiling (approx 0.6m). All going good. I stopped the tool as I was finished first chase and wanted to position for second vertical chase. Tool would not start when I tried to do the second chase. Noticed that the inline RCD had tripped. Tried to reset and it, but it did not work. Waited half an hour and was able to reset RCD and restart the chaser. Did about 1m vertically and stopped to reposition myself. Tool would not restart - eventually later that day, RCD did reset and the was able to continue the second chase to the ceiling (approx 0.6m). I then tried to do a horizontal chase on wall and sparks started coming from the tool. This worried me and I immediately put the tool down and turned it off via switch in fuse board. Very disappointed with tool, not because of the chase it did do, but because the tool did so little and I had to resort to angle grinder and my trusty Aldi kango hammer to finish the wall chasing I needed to complete. I have bought other Vevor equipment which I am happy with, but cannot recommend this tool.

Vreselijk zwaar om te handelen op de muur met droog slijpen complete mist zuiger krijgt niet alles weg en met dat pompje werkt even na 50 cm slijpen is het een modder in die kap met schijven dus werking weg alles zag er niet uit zelf de muur niet. Schakelaar blijft hangen en verdraaibaar handvat klikt niet in. Prijs was super is niks van te zeggen maar letterlijk een onding om te bedienen en dan mag ik van me zelf wel zeggen dat ik vakman ben dus geen mijn man is klusser 😉.
