Received items in good time, but a slight problem as one of the parts was missing. (I stress this was not the fault of VEVOR as it was not including in the packaging from their suppliers).. However I contacted VEVOR Sales Service and the matter was quickly sorted without any fuss. I found that contact with the sales team was easy, fast, polite, and overall EXCELLENT.. I would not hesitate to buy from VEVOR in the future.

Router arrived in damaged box and with parts missing. One collet and a base plate. This has been reported but no replacements / communication yet. Router has needed a bit of _djustment to make it work better ( clamping system not 100% holding router into base) but nothing major. Powerful enough motor to cope with DIY jobs and therefore would recommend for casual / DIY use. Overall decent value for money.

I bought this setup purely in hopes the plunge base would fit my makita palm router. Price was under half this route. Every accessory including the bases are identical and fit across the board. Honestly have no idea what the router itself runs like but it_l be handy at some point.If buying to swap parts with a makita palm or trim router then the price is right.
