it has lasted one Ac season, the quality was better then i was expecting . easy to use . works as one would expect. This was bought as a back up to my Yellow Jacket and works just about as good.

Both of our employees have used it and they like it I'm using one of the older units We are considering purchasing a second one Great value for the money paid Bigger than most units but works great I've been told Quick delivery

Item received defective. first time using the internal condenser was leaking freon, asked for a replacement they wanted to send me a replacement condenser and have me replace it, I declined again asked for a replacement and a shipping label every reply took two days, then they wanted to refund me $102 for receiving a defective product, after I paid almost $300, declined again had to report this as fraud to PayPal and finally I got a proper reply rather than some AI bot replying. they finally sent me a shipping label to send back the defective product. literally took about a month to fix this issue. Back and forth nonsense and wasting time and giving you the runaround. all the reviews you see about their customer service is correct. Some of their products are good hit or miss but customer service is trash. Look at their Return and refund policy they do not provide a worry-free shopping experience or a solution proposed in 24hrs https://www.vevor.com/pages/return-policy

I bought this over 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. I can’t speak to anyone about it but am so agent and the only response I get is it’s shipped. I’ll never order from here again

This only evacuates, it doesn't come with any hoses and the fittings are to small to hook up to R134a. It doesn't have a tank inside either, all these parts you need to buy or try to source. It doesn't charge either
