The other one I got is good, but this one arrive with a crack case,I glued it back together,I’m shure it’s going to work but a little bit on the cheap side.

CONS: -La conectividad Bluetooth para el uso de la aplicacion esta restringida al uso obligatorio de la ubicacion y permiso para conectar a dispositivos cercanos. Compre este modelo para acampar a 4000 mts de altura y lugares donde no existe conectividad por lo que resulta bastante molesto el que se requiera permisos de ubicacion con datos para una aplicacion que no lo requiere para su funcionamiento y no poder usar la aplicacion. -Este modelo no tiene altimetro por lo que es necesario seleccionar de manera manual o "en la aplicacion" el modo "Meseta (plateau)" para alturas superiores a los 3000 mts.. En el manual de operacion NO se indica como activar este modo de manera manual por lo que tuve que investigar en internet... oprimir al mismo tiempo Settings+OK por 3 segundos. -En la descripcion de la pagina se menciona 10 ajustes de temperatura, en realidad son solo 6. -Es dificil ver claramente la cantidad de diesel en el tanque, la ranura para ver el nivel del tanque es muy angosta y se requiere usar usar luz en diferentes posiciones para ver el nivel. PROS: -Calienta bastante una vez terminado el ciclo de inicio. -No es ruidoso en los niveles inferiores. -Construccion robusta y de buena apariencia. Me falta probar el equipo durante toda la noche, ya que mi arrancador de coche y bateria de litio no tienen la suficiente capacidad para mantener encendido el quipo por mas de 3 hrs. Se requiere un banco de energia de al menos 400 Wh a 12 v.

Am cumpărat acest model pentru un singur motiv: sertarul inclus, care permite depozitarea tuturor accesoriilor fără să fie nevoie să le separ sau să risc să le pierd. Printre accesorii se află și teava metalică de evacuare, livrată din fabrică pliata în două pentru a încăpea pe lungime în sertar. La fiecare utilizare, teava trebuie ușor îndreptată, iar după folosire trebuie din nou pliată pentru depozitare. După doar o singură utilizare, în momentul în care am încercat să îndrept teava pentru montare, aceasta s‑a rupt în două. Dacă la fiecare două utilizări trebuie să cumpăr o teavă nouă de evacuare doar pentru a o putea depozita conform designului sertarului, atunci avantajul sertarului devine complet inutil.

Die Ware ist defekt angekommen: Die Brennkammer hat einen Riss und Diesel läuft aus dem Heizgerät. Der Kundendienst antwortet seit einer Woche nicht und stellt kein Rücksendeetikett für die defekte Ware zur Verfügung.

Bought this heater for camping. It arrived but doesn’t work. The screen is blank so you can’t tell what it is doing. Vevor customer support is at best a 0. They keep saying they are working on the problem but they don’t offer any solutions. Trying to return the item is a nightmare. So would I recommend it. NO!!! I will never order from Vevor again and everyone I talk to I tell them to avoid Vevor and never deal with them. Out of 5 stars I give them a 0

Very disappointed with my experience. The diesel heater developed a glow plug error on the same day it arrived. This was a brand-new heater, and I expected it to be working properly straight out of the box. I reported the problem to the company, but instead of offering a replacement or arranging a proper repair, they sent me the replacement part and expected me to fix the heater myself. I’m not a technician and I don’t have the experience, knowledge, or necessary tools to dismantle and repair a diesel heater. I purchased the heater as a complete working product, not as a DIY repair kit. I understand that faults can occasionally happen, but the way the issue was handled was very disappointing. A brand-new product that fails on the day of delivery should be properly replaced or repaired by the seller, rather than putting the responsibility and potential risk onto the customer. Hopefully they can improve their after-sales service and take better care of customers who receive faulty products.

Hi team We have purchased 3 different types of diesel heaters from vevor but unfortunately the recent one doesn't operate well at all. It over fuels and leaks diesel from the air intake which in turn blows a large amount if smoke from the exhaust and fuel over our driveway . Can we have it replaced ?

I bought the suitcase style, black and orange but on website I selected the with app control and it switched me to another unit completely. Sadly the unit it switched to doesnt seem to have the CO detector. Also the new unit I cannot find an available extension cable to move the controller inside because this app compatible controller has weird non- standard plugs. Kind of frustrated with my new diesel heater because to use it I would need to place it inside the tent and try venting exhaust outside but I don’t feel safe without the CO detector that was supposed to be built in.
