The burner/hot plate is very problematic. It takes hours to heat up and never gets to an adequate temperature to build up enough steam for the distillation to be complete. The rest of the set up is nice but I have not had any success yet with even steam collection, let along essential oil extract.

I purchased this item and the stove element was faulty. Vevor promised me a refund for the damaged element in an email and said they would get back to me in 48 hrs - they didn't. They have not yet given me this refund; which I will be pursuing. How they handle this will determine if I either purchase any more of their products or two refer it to anyone else. It is not good business practice. I not happy.

Péssimo serviço prestado. A encomenda dá como entregue pelo transportador quando a mesma não foi entregue a ninguém da empresa. Enviei varias mensagens através dos canais disponíveis no site mas a resposta é sempre a mesma " encomenda entregue, procure nos seus vizinhos".
Não recomendo comprarem, não dão qualquer apoio. A empresa que supostamente ver a logística também é péssima, desresponsabilizaram-se por completo ( GLS empresa que fez o transporte).
