Jamais reçu et pas eu de remboursement je suis déçue et un peu énervée

Trying to return for refund. Customer service is VERY difficult to work with and keep giving me the run around. Still no resolution as they run out the 30 day return window.

Macchina regolarmente ricevuta nei tempi previsti. Non ancora messa in funzione in quanto non vi sono indicazioni in tal senso. Manca un ricettario e questo lo trovo molto negativo. La macchina è mancante di elementi essenziali di istruzione sul funzionamento. Considerando il costo non propriamente economico si pretende la presenza di indicazioni in merito. Altro aspetto non trascurabile la lingua Italiana non viene proprio considerata. Perché? Gradirei avere spiegazioni in merito. Grazie

Machina per gelato lo pagato 176 & . A inizio ( un mese) a funzionato bene . Poi, .... Ghiaccio su parete di contenitore per gelato e pala miscelatrice non po' girare

if you're hoping for hard ice cream look elsewhere. it makes frozen yogurt or sorbet easily but ice cream never get firm enough. i had to place in freezer for a few hours before it got to the "ice cream" stage

Not used yet purchased for next summer or maybe Christmas.

It is good for one time per day not more and for gelato

I love the VEVOR Upright Automatic Ice Cream Maker with Built-in Compressor, 2 Quart No Pre-freezing, but this is the second product that I ordered that came with DHL and up to a week late with delivery. I will not purchase anything else if they are using DHL.

The unit is easy to use, but after about 5 batches, the gears are starting to skip when the ice cream reaches its intended hardness. With the first few batches, the unit stopped as intended when the hardness was reached, but now the gears have started to skip. I have to be nearby to press the stop button once the gears begin skipping. I was so hoping this unit would be a long term purchase. Debating on requesting a replacement or just sending back for credit.
