JUNK. I CANNOT SAY IT LOUD ENOUGH!!!! I have been D!CKIN around with this thing for 2.5 hours. I got it to run 1 cycle. It ranis a ton of water straight through the drain. No support number. No support by the time i got off of work. Ai even said it has a clunky sequence of buttons to push. I thought Vevor brand was decent with decent prices. I have changed my mind now. So frustrated i will lay here awake thinking about it. My letter to Vevor "I am requesting a full refund and a prepaid return shipping label for VEVOR ice maker model LB70TA-D. The unit arrived Dead on Arrival (DOA) with a severely defective control board and mechanical failures. The screen is permanently locked in internal technician loops (flashing P00, 21:51, and 21:58) and the touch sensors are completely non-responsive. Additionally, the water float switch is jammed, and the system is continuously dumping all incoming water directly out of the gravity drain rather than filling the reservoir. Please process this return immediately." Plus, i bought the insurance for 3 years for it. Willi get that money back? Doubtful

Not impressed at all. Doesn’t make the amount of ice they claim! It is outdoors and I get it’s hot BUT it should at least make half of what they say! And the ice isn’t even a full block when harvested! Disappointing!

Tested several times and does not hold 50lbs of ice. 30-35 max

Make ice well, but leaks too much water in the floor. Spending a lot of money on jugs of water. Would mess up my floor if it was not on concrete

Alrighty so it is a nice unit very quite and easy to use. However the drain tube condensates which makes sense and was a easy fix with a different thicker rubber hose. However and this is why my rating was only a overall 2 star. Somthing inside the machine also condensates ALOT. So I currently have a towl under it and I just ring it out 2 or I times a day. Im hoping when I pull the side cover off I can insulate it better to make it stop.

This ice machine is so small and doesn’t make the amount of ice that is listed in the description. Says it makes 30lbs and it makes a little over 10lbs per time… Very disappointed with this purchase

Machine comes well packaged, and is pretty easy to get set up. However, once we got the Machine running, we quickly realized that it doesn't produce or hold what is advertised. We purchased the 200lb per 24 hour Machine with 50lb storage bin. The bin will only hold 20 to 25 lbs depending on when the lever shuts off. It also produces approximately 100lbs of ice in 24 hours. We were also very disappointed to find that the ice machine that we purchased on sale, went on sale again within a week of getting ours. It was over $100 less. Out of all of the money that we have spent on vevor products, This was the most disappointing!

Tried to get someone to help me with a problem with the ice maker and no one has got back to me.

I purchased this machine to provide good quality ice. It does not! The ice begins melting almost immediately. It comes out in a large block-not individual cubes. The ice full shutoff happens after only a few ice cycles, so you don't have the ice bucket full ever unless you constantly move the blocks out of the way. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I have tried to return this product for 2 weeks. I cannot reach anyone by phone and the Chat representatives only offer discounts or replacements. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card to stop payment.
