Bought it in August, worked well for about a week and a half, now it stopped making ice, avoid avoid avoid.

Don't pump water

I bought ice maker before and other equipment from VEVOR but my two last ice maker I bought ! None of them make ice and and I don’t have any support or technichen to come look.

JUNK. I CANNOT SAY IT LOUD ENOUGH!!!! I have been D!CKIN around with this thing for 2.5 hours. I got it to run 1 cycle. It ranis a ton of water straight through the drain. No support number. No support by the time i got off of work. Ai even said it has a clunky sequence of buttons to push. I thought Vevor brand was decent with decent prices. I have changed my mind now. So frustrated i will lay here awake thinking about it. My letter to Vevor "I am requesting a full refund and a prepaid return shipping label for VEVOR ice maker model LB70TA-D. The unit arrived Dead on Arrival (DOA) with a severely defective control board and mechanical failures. The screen is permanently locked in internal technician loops (flashing P00, 21:51, and 21:58) and the touch sensors are completely non-responsive. Additionally, the water float switch is jammed, and the system is continuously dumping all incoming water directly out of the gravity drain rather than filling the reservoir. Please process this return immediately." Plus, i bought the insurance for 3 years for it. Willi get that money back? Doubtful

Not impressed at all. Doesn’t make the amount of ice they claim! It is outdoors and I get it’s hot BUT it should at least make half of what they say! And the ice isn’t even a full block when harvested! Disappointing!

Tested several times and does not hold 50lbs of ice. 30-35 max

Hello We are not satisfied with our purchase. We are not satisfied because, as you state on your website, we can purchase as a company. We registered on your website as the company GASTROFRIGO INTERNATIONAL D.O.O. with a valid tax number SI24104493, but you still charged us VAT, even though as a company registered in the EU, we should not be charged tax on the invoice.

Make ice well, but leaks too much water in the floor. Spending a lot of money on jugs of water. Would mess up my floor if it was not on concrete
