Buena máquina, cumple bien su función. La compré para iniciarme en el mundo del helado y, aunque su capacidad es algo limitada (3 litros por ciclo), en mi caso los helados están listos en unos 12–14 minutos, lo que permite producir aproximadamente 12 litros por hora.
Los componentes de la tapa son de plástico y la limpieza puede resultar algo laboriosa. Sería un buen detalle que incluyera todas las juntas de repuesto.
Para uso en una heladería probablemente se quede corta debido a su capacidad, pero para empezar o para producción pequeña es una opción correcta.

Deze ijsmachine is erg gebruiksvriendelijk, met een slim besturingssysteem dat het hele proces zorgeloos en efficiënt maakt. Het tafelmodel bespaart ruimte en de ijsproductiesnelheid is stabiel, perfect voor commercieel gebruik, zeer aan te bevelen.

I got the machine the out side box was chipped in a few places i took pictures of the out side while it was on the truck along with the truck driver in the picture then the power cord was frayed and NO power plug was on it so i took pictures of that sent them to the company and the company said that they wasnt going to do anything about all that because it didnt efrct the way it worked , i told them cant use it because no plug and the cord was frayed in some spots long story short not happy with tjis product or this company at all i even got the extended warranty and paid more for shipping insurance and they still won’t do nothing for me so I have a machine that’s dented up, scratched up and no plug on it cant see what theu have ti say once i get it going and if i need to use the extended warranty that I purchased, warning TO ALL STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, its made in china not the usa

I bought it, but it's defective and doesn't have a power plug; it looks used, not new. I thought, "No problem," and bought a power plug for it, but it didn't work and had a very strong electrical smell. I tried contacting the company I bought it from, and the only response was, "We've processed your ticket as quickly as possible." It's been a week, and no one has contacted me.
