This plate compactor is a complete pile of crap. After trying to start it on the 25 pull. It will only run for 5-6 minutes then shuts down and it takes another 35 pulls to start it for another 3-4 minutes. Someone please call me to get this figured out. I have had to rent a plate. Compactor three times now

Compactor leaked oilnright off the get go, governor was skipping causing it to stall. Wrote to vevor and wouldnt do anything because they couldn't see the leak although it was very evident. Works good when it works

I sent a notice to your team and have not heard anything back yet. Apparently I have to take some type of a piece off of the unit before I can use it with the lubrication and I’ve contacted your team two or three times and not had any response so at this point, I can’t really review the thing as I should.

Not sure if the oil reservoir for the vibratory plate is cracked or it wasn’t sealed properly but the entire plate is covered in oil and it’s pooling inside the bag it comes in. Don’t want to just refill it and start it and void out any shipping damage claim. Vevor support says they answer within 48hrs but all they’ve said is sorry for the delay. So I have a $400 machine sitting in my garage unable to be used…

Used it for few times and it started no problems .but the fourth time trying to use it it wouldn't start.its not even a month old and it wo start. That sucks

Would be a nice unit if i could actually use it. It came in the shipping crate without the upper handle to operate it and to mount the throttle.

Terrible product. The package came all bad oil everywhere reach out to costumer service and no help. They suggested to try to used it which didn't worked and offered me $120 to keep a broken machine. I requested to get it returned an my money back. They finally agreed to get it return but I had to figure it out how to pack it and take it to a fed ex it weight 150 pounds. Won't be trusting the brand.

Item have been lost first time. Re-ordered. Arrived with a completely destroyed packaging.

You get what you pay for no way to check oil in the exciter and If you try to return it forget about it won't be buying another vevor product ever again cheap junk made to use one time and tro away

I ordered this a month ago and it was supposed to be delivered. It has never showed up. We have been fighting with the freight company for the last 3 weeks and still have no resolve. Needed this to put a swimming pool in and now we are almost at the end of the season and still no pool. Doo better with your shipping service because thos has been a horrible experience. Which is a shame because every other order that I have placed has been spectacular, service and product wise.
