Bought the compactor ,received it in excellent condition. Used it for a full day. Next day gas was leaking it seems from the carburator bowl. Sent an email to Vevor, no response back . Still having the intermittent gas issues When it works, works well. Would not recommend just because no customer service.

We gave it a 3-Star because it is very lightweight; it was literally bouncing on the rocks, so we bore a hole in it to fill it with sand. Now it works beautifully. You should provide a hole and a threaded cap so that it can be filled at will after it arrives.

Machine is very good for the price. Good for compacting sand up to 3 inch deep. OK for compacting gravel/sand mix up to 3 inches deep as well. Unfortunately the quality of some engine governor parts are not good. Due to high vibration, speed cable holder on the engine got loose often. Had to tight it every 1 hr of work.

Only problem was on the initial start , unit must have been turned upside down during shipping, that resulted in the oil ending up in the air filter , choking off the intake air , after some time, we figured out the problem, and the unit fired up , hope this is helpful

Had potential but arrived broken with Oil everywhere. The box was damaged however the unit did not appear broken. Throttle mechanism is broken and the unit will mot start. Would be nice to speak to a person but this does not appear to be easy or even possible. Want unit returned however once return process was comp completed, I did not receive confirmation that the form was received. Overall disappointing experience.

This item arrived on jobsite but did not have spark at spark plug out of the box. I immediately contacted Vevor customer support, reported the issue with a video via chat, and got a ticket number. The ticket never appeared in my account, and no response was received. No one will talk on live chat to assist either. Very disappointed with the item, but shocked by the lack of service. Two days work lost because of this product issue and no resolution. After 3 days, tech support responded that they are hard at work troubleshooting. It isn’t clear what exactly can be accomplished. I requested a refund which resulted in pleading like I’m canceling a Sirius Xm subscription. The Refund Policy isn’t quite as good as it says apparently. You will wait until they are good and ready to let you return an item. Reevaluating my purchases in the future for sure! Vevor Tech Support reached out again and offered to replace or refund. This is the first issue I’ve had with Vevor engine driven products. Since they backed up their product, I’ll give them the benefit of doubt and rate a 2 of 5. It seems to work well but I have to stop and tighten the bolts on it about every 10 to 15 minutes didn't think that was right would like it to last longer. Thanks Jim

Absolutely HORRIBLE company to deal with!!! The fact that you can't call them is HUGE!! I purchased this compactor and it came with the air filter broken. I reached out to Vevor and through chat and email they said they would send a new one. A week goes by and nothing. Then I reached out to them again and they said that they were, "Sorry but the product has been t." Lost? I was never informed that it was shipped! They then say they will either refund the money or "destroy and replace product". I emailed them back and asked what they mean. Will they pay for shipping? No response. I started another chat and was told someone will get back to me. When they did it was to tell me that the product was sold out. I've again reached out to ask who is paying the shipping and no response. They are not responding. This is a horrible company. I would not recommend them at all.

I buy it from my home use I can't use it for a month when I try to run it, it doesn't run. I buy some gas motor from vevor before and never get this problem.
