I use this for moving sailing dinghy trailers over short distances and in confined spaces. It handles well over gravel surfaces. The only drawback was that the 2" towball was too big for the 50mm towing hitch common on UK trailers. I had to purchase a 50mm towball from elsewhere. I might replace the small wheel with a braked one in the future.

This is exactly what I was looking for: a stand where I can let my trailer stand evenly as well as move it around. My trailer is 1200 Kg and this trolley works perfectly.
