- first of all, this is a very powerful machine and that's about it! - Used as a weed eater and a brush cutter, it's very uncomfortable machine to use. The balance of the machine when attached to the harness is way off, so you end holding up the (very heavy) machine up with your rear arm. Not great! - The harness sucks, is difficult/impossible to get to sit right and is very uncomfortable to wear with the machine. The attachment clip is poor and difficult to attach to the machine. - The on/off switch in front of your trigger hand is in a bad position and keeps switching the machine off, and since you have to unclip from the harness - which you can't do with gloves on, to start it again - super annoying!! I had to tape the switch in the run position. - The face shield can't be worn with ear muffs on, so useless!! - Not looking forward to use the hedge trimmer or pole saw attachments simply because of the weight of the machine. - Even though everything is good quality and the engine runs flawlessly, I personally would never buy this again if it breaks down.

Built like junk - unsafe to use First arrived and the handle was broken - WEEKS later the replacement part arrived, and its the wrong part. Now trying to assemble the rest because I give up with support, and the bolts for the trimmer safety guard are the softest bolts and nuts I've ever seen. Stripped on the first go and now impossible to get tight. Everything else I've bought from Vevor has come with fantastic instructions, the instructions with this are a joke

I have used this item 3 times. The throttle cable came loose the first time, then after I tore it apart and put it back in place it worked fine for 1 hour the second time. Today it came loose again which mean I need to repair it yet again. Not really very happy. I will send them an email and see what happens. will repost the results of their customer service.

Received the product and assembled the 1st and realized the plastic handle was missing. This is what you use to hold it. Immediately notified customer service and the next day they told me to send them a pic of the MISSING part. I replied I couldn’t and they asked the same question again but also send pic of every piece. Once again, I cannot send a pic of a part I don’t have!!! Had similar issues with other products from Vevor.

Too heavy , and because of the vibration lost screws that are fastening the fuel tank . Now I don't know where to get the same screws to fix the tank ?

Bought this July9th and it is too heavy for a guy like me at 71 years old. The harness is maybe o.k for a light grass trimmer but not this. It is just too dam heavy. Also the shafts do not lock up tight. I noticed Vevor does not state the weight on their site of any of their products..example chain saws....this may be a good idea to state the weight!!

this takes a LOT to get started, gets very hot, and then stalls out often.. proper oil mix and fresh gas, i should have bought a top brand

Après 3 fois d'utilisation mon moteur de démarrage ne toune pas avec la corde, elle toune loose les petites criquets qu'ils sont dedans ne accroché pas avec le volant magnétique.. c'est vraiment difficile trouver des pieces pour les remplacer
