Quick delivery, very easy website to use, item was well packaged and came with everything plus more than we expected! Great BBQ hot plate, cool design and good quality. Works very well. Only flaw is there is no fat drip trays for the edges like in other models I've previously had

Good for 1 or 2 ppl

Excellent appareil, utilisation top, facile à nettoyer correspond à nos attentes, utilisée déjà de nombreuses fois. Jamais déçu de vevor

Gave the wife this hot pot for Christmas, she's addicted. We had a date night at a hot pot restaurant it was $140 for two of us to eat one meal, which is ridiculous. This hot pot is saving me $600/ month 😆 Other than having one of the feet on the pot section broken in box it's been great.

Nice. Used it 4 times now. It works well. Feels nice, lots of room and heats up quickly. Easy to clean! The only downside is that the handles feel a little flimsy, and when the product arrived it was missing 2 screws (i had my own so it was fine) but it would've been nice if everything was included.

we bought the item have scratch in both handles and lack of screw and i sent them message and they resolved it..thank you.

The product is good but foot for it when I received it one of the footings was broken so would be great if can get a new set of the footings would be great

Fantastic. Compact. Eye catching. Easy to use. Cleans up well Steaks are wild with the pan a bonus. Very good, quality in a dinky style.

Worked as described good for family.there is allways nothing left everyone enjoys The fast heating can be used for any occasionwe have used it many times the family's first choice for main dish
