Quick delivery, very easy website to use, item was well packaged and came with everything plus more than we expected! Great BBQ hot plate, cool design and good quality. Works very well. Only flaw is there is no fat drip trays for the edges like in other models I've previously had

Good for 1 or 2 ppl

Excellent appareil, utilisation top, facile à nettoyer correspond à nos attentes, utilisée déjà de nombreuses fois. Jamais déçu de vevor

Gave the wife this hot pot for Christmas, she's addicted. We had a date night at a hot pot restaurant it was $140 for two of us to eat one meal, which is ridiculous. This hot pot is saving me $600/ month 😆 Other than having one of the feet on the pot section broken in box it's been great.

Everything good but a little part damaged I try fix it because it appear a simple solution and it’s visible the box damaged still believe the part come good when are send

Nice. Used it 4 times now. It works well. Feels nice, lots of room and heats up quickly. Easy to clean! The only downside is that the handles feel a little flimsy, and when the product arrived it was missing 2 screws (i had my own so it was fine) but it would've been nice if everything was included.

we bought the item have scratch in both handles and lack of screw and i sent them message and they resolved it..thank you.

This electric hot pot is perfect for family dinners and gatherings. Even heating distribution and precise temperature control make cooking a breeze. Stylish design and easy to clean. Everyone loves our hot pot nights now!

The product is good but foot for it when I received it one of the footings was broken so would be great if can get a new set of the footings would be great

It didn’t come with a manual on how to set it up, you will need a screwdriver. Took about 10 minutes. It heats up particularly fast, you can take out the pot and use it separately. Every part of the grill can be heated separately as well if you only want to use one side of the grill. Perfect for a group of 4 and over since it is pretty large! It does the job but does feel a bit flimsy.
