I could not be happier with this griddle. The heat is even across the entire surface and because of the amazing thickness of the grill it doesn’t drop temp as you add food to the grill. 5 star is not a high enough rating for this grill

I recently purchased your 21 inch grill for use at the hockey arena where I operate the snack bar. The product is superb. I have used many smaller grills in the past but nothing comes close to this in terms of even temperature cooking. I use it to mainly cook peameal bacon sandwiches and breakfast sandwiches and to suate onions and it is remarkable. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Works exactly as I had hoped. Bought it, in particular, to make corned beef hash and eggs with hash browns. They come out looking and tasting the same as a diner.

Great little griddle. Heats well and fast. Cooks food really well. The hard part is cleaning up when done cooking. I recommend this griddle and I would buy it again.

Super happy with this buy, and yes, I gave a 5-star on everything, and here are the reasons: uses a 110 outlet, normal household 5-15p outlet. It heats up pretty fast for the 1600 watts that it uses, and the cold spots (all griddles have them) are not that big. And it is not cheaply made. Now, here are the bad: (none of the bad is the equipment's fault), it is not for large cookouts. The cooking area is pretty small, but big enough to cook 12 burgers at one time. It uses 1600 watts, so if your circuit breaker is 15 amps or smaller and it is shared with other appliances, it will trip the breaker, but that is an easy fix with about $15 and electrical know-how; it will take about 5 minutes to fix. And because it is a 1600-watt griddle, the turnaround (meaning the time from when you add something cold or uncooked and the plate cools down to the time it gets back up to temp) is a little slow, so do not expect to be popping out food too fast. So, if you had electrical steel griddles before, you will be happy with this one. If you haven't, you will still be happy with it, but you will learn that griddles are not charbroilers, and they do not heat up as fast.
