LA PIASTRA DEDICATA ALLA COTTURA E' IN FERRO E TRASMMETTE BENE IL CALORE. DOPO L'USO VA PULITA E OLIATA SEMPRE CON OLIO VEGETALE PERCHE' NON ARRUGINISCA. IN 10 MINUTI E' CALDA A CIRCA 150 GRADI VERSO IL CENTRO PIU' FREDDA IN PERIFERIA,MA CIO' VA BENE PER CUOCERE CON TEMPERATURE DIVERSE E DIVERSI CIBI. I 100% recommend it. I have mine on a wooden stove cover with some shims to level it out in place of the dodgy, lopsided stove that my apartment complex installed. It has some sharp edges so you may want to get some sandpaper to make the edges less...hostile.

Like most Vevors products , it meets or exceeds my expectations.

Had a few months now works great and easy to use. Going to add a stainless steel cart for it on wheels.

i would like it if it heated hotter but if its used for a family sized meal its perfect.

Great little unit Did have a issue 3 days before the warranty was to run out and they replaced after a little back and forth So for that alone I give Vevor 👍

Great grill. would give it 5 stars but my griddle came with some weird dark gray spots on the stainless steel on the bottom left and right corners.

My first one came with welding damage and scratches but after some communication, a new replacement was sent out and is perfectly fine and works great
