Zen Kin The heavy duty version is definitely heavy duty.
Integrated 675kg Black
Solid as hell. This is a 50# bar and it is excellent, strongly recommended. The finish is beautiful, passing is reasonably comfortable and it seems to have been put together really well. I got the 1200# bar, and while I’m not squatting 1200 (yet), it’s very sturdy with zero whip up to 315#.
My shoulders are fried so I get most of my squat volume on SSB, and this is on bar with EliteFTS and Rogue bars I’ve used.
Best deal I’ve gotten so far for the home gym.

Nicolas D'un seul tenant.
Integrated 675kg Black
Le modèle de diamètre 32 mm est une barre d'un seul tenant ! Il offre un bon rapport qualité-prix.
Les manchons sont montés sur des bagues en bronze, ce qui me semble plus probable que des roulements. Cela fonctionne bien.
