Very heavy gauge steel construction with quality welds. Dimensional dressed lumber fits snugly. Supplied hole locations are directly across from each other assuming a through-bolt and nut assembly...creates issue for using opposing lag bolts of any length over half of the depth.. A selection of staggered holes also would be a nice option. Don't know the durability of the finish but it seems well coated. Very solid product. No issues with packing(excellent) or shipping.
