The ordering process went smoothly, track & trace during shipping. The water filter was excellently packaged: strong cardboard box and sturdy interior, which ensured the filter arrived spotless. I bought it for emergencies and will assemble it when necessary. The device is still in the box. So I haven't put the device together yet, but everything looks solid and reliable. Tools and instructions were included. It seems that the assembly is a breeze.
