I have changed the time and temperature settings to 210 seconds and 185 degrees celsius. That is working better but the colors are not nice/vibrant and the prins is fading out on the edges. What can I do to improve this? What is the advise for the pressure? My mugs are not what i want. I use 11oz mug timer set to 180 seconds and temperature set to 200 degrees celsius. I use the same settings on my Vivor 7 in 1 press and that is working fine. Any tips for better results?

In eerste instantie werden de mokken niet mooi helder. We werden super goed geholpen door de klantenservice. Nu weten we wat te doen. De mokken zijn super helder en scherp.
Excellent machine, nice and easy to set up and use.Only downfall, was, I had to pay excise duty before delivery. Contacted Amazon and they got me a refund on the duty paid. So, all was well!
