This liquid and paste filling machine adopts a premium gas cylinder, having immense power and stable air pressure. Filling volume and speed can be arbitrarily regulated. The filling range is 3.4-33.8 oz/100-1000 ml, and the filling rate is 80 bottles/min in maximum.
Two Control Modes
Two control modes can be chosen in our pneumatic filling machine. Manual and auto mode are switchable. Adjust the cylinder housing speed knob, switch to auto mode, and the filling machine will automatically fill. Or switch to manual mode and press the pedal to fill. The device can stop and start at any time because of the emergency stop switch.
Anti-Drip Nozzle
The outlet nozzle can be easily removed and replaced. Raising and filling device with an anti-drip nozzle, not easily plugged, the filling process is efficient and accurate. They are filling accuracy:≤±1%.
304 Stainless Steel
All parts in contact with the product are 304 food-grade stainless steel. Extremely easy to operate, clean, and maintain. It's endure to corrosion, acid, and alkali. Thickened base and Teflon plunger have a high quality.
