Specifically designed for HVAC professionals and DIY enthusiasts, our 4 CFM vacuum pump kit reaches a 5 Pa ultimate vacuum. It includes a manifold gauge PRO, a 3-color hose, and a set of R134a quick couplers. Compatible with R134a, R22, R410a, R1234YF, R32, and other A2L and A1 refrigerants.

Q: Can this AC vacuum pump kit quickly complete the vacuuming for home air conditioners? Is the flow rate sufficient?

A: The pump features a single-stage rotary vane design with a flow rate of 4 CFM, making it ideal for home air conditioning systems. It achieves a vacuum level of ≤20Pa, is compatible with refrigerants such as R134a, R22, R410a, R1234YF, and R32, including A2L and A1 refrigerants.

Q: Can it be used for car AC repairs? 

A: Yes. It is compatible with R134a car AC systems. However, be sure to turn off the car engine during the vacuuming process. Due to shorter automotive AC lines, we recommend using quick-connect valves to control the flow. Do not use with systems containing A3 refrigerants (e.g., R290, R600a) or B2 refrigerants (e.g., R717).

Q: How loud is the pump? Will it disturb the work environment?

A: The noise level is ≤70dB (comparable to normal conversation). Featuring cast aluminum housing for noise reduction, it operates quieter than similar pumps with iron casings. Fit for use in garages, workshops, or other enclosed spaces.

Q: What does the current protector do?

A: The built-in 3A overload protection automatically shuts off power if there is unstable voltage or motor overheating, keeping damage from the motor. Simply press the reset button after maintenance to restart the pump.
