Shipping was quick and on time, the machine was nicely and securely fastened and packed. No damages were present.
The tutorial videos and the brief English manual are quite useful.
I had the machine running and making ice cream in less than 15 minutes. The ice cream came out perfectly formed.
There was only a slight leaking at the top of the middle piston at first but it might have been a user error. I have to test it again after cleaning it to see if a more proper assembly fixes this issue or I have to change the preinstalled rubber seals. The machine came with a cone holder tube, extra replacement seals and gaskets and also a small amount of grease.
For the price, I'm very satisfied with this machine. I highly recommend it to everybody.
Customer service is also very helpful.
