We purchased this VEVOR Commercial Tomato Slicer for use in our restaurant, and it has been a fantastic addition to our food preparation equipment. When you're preparing tomatoes regularly for burgers, sandwiches, salads, and other menu items, having a reliable slicer makes a huge difference. This unit makes quick work of slicing tomatoes into consistent, even slices, saving considerable prep time compared to cutting everything by hand. It is harder to use for some of the bigger beefsteak tomatoes but once you get them in the holder, it works great!
