After persisting with a cheap slicer I took the plunge and bought this quality unit. I wish I had done it sooner! Great features and value for money. I use it to click my home made charcuterie such as salami and bacon. Love the ability to slice meats super thin- essential for proscuitto so it melts in your mouth.
