It's long, It's tough to judge 120' until it's in your hands. For the cost it is well worth it. I'm forced to live in a trailer for the winter because of a house fire. I'm using a 100'-3/4" rubber/hybrid garden hose to drain my "problems" away. I used the rubber/hybrid garden hose. The cable is not recommended for standard garden hose construction. The hybrid is a thicker construction. So far no problems using the hybrid hose. I don't know if it's a recommended hose or not. I wrapped the heat cable around the hose an encased it in foam pipe insulation. I bought two of these cables and duplicated the wrapping and insulation on another 100'-3/4" hose, I'm in two trailers. So far we have had several nights in a row with temps at or under 11 degrees. No problems with freezing. Besides price/length the second reason I choose this heat cable is it is self regulated, so it's on only when needed. I would recommend this cable, and you have choose of different lengths.

The product never arrived!!I have been asked to give feed back on a product that never arrived. Alert to anyone purchasing on Vevor,always take the refund protection. Their tracking and shipping up dates were useless.

It’s fine

Before installing, wanted to make sure it worked in my gutters and drains. Plugged it in and nothing happened. CS person suggested using some snow around the thermostat to get it to work. Tried that and it got slightly warm. CS person said to make a video of this. Do not have access to equipment that will make a half-hour video. Do not have any more time to spend on this and giving up. Will wait till next winter's install to see if it will do as it should. The big question: will this work internally in gutters and DRAINS or is it only for water pipes (never got answered)? CS- customer service.

The unit activity light turned on but when it got cold it never warmed up.

After mutiple emails telling me that my package was on the way, this was never received. I spoke/chatted with customer service several times and was given new arrival dates. I continued to check via the tracking portal which also claimed this had been shipped, and made it through the first few steps. The package did not arrive and VEVOR reimbursed my payment and told me to keep the item if it was ever received. Not impressed.

Never recieved my package. Thanks to the automated customer service system i was leftbwith no answers, no replacement, and no refund. Last time i will use Vevor

Ordered this to replace the heating cable I have because it’s self regulating. IAnd the price was good. Turned into nothing but a hassle tracking never updated for weeks and never did. Customer service was useless I received nothing but a runaround about why I hadn’t received my item and after calling Vevor and never getting any answers or help I never received my item and had to get PayPal involved for refund..
